Bold Rangers JFC extension plans 2016/2017 season

(Merseyside)

This project would enable Bold Rangers JFC to offer the opportunity to join a mixed team or a girls team. This is something the area has been crying out for and we have the support of the local council and the Liverpool FA. At the minute the club have over 40 girls and 30 of them want their own girls teams. We are very passionate about this project.

Our goals:

  • Get kids out of the house, off there game consoles and playing football for a charter standard junior football club were they can meet new friends and keep them fit and healthy.
  • Get into the local schools and work with them in getting the kids into sport then playing for Bold Rangers JFC. This could also include running after school clubs for them.
  • One big thing is this area is a little run down and neglected. Even though it is like this, there is a fantastic community spirit, so we would like to show with this that this community is growing and is now set for the future. All we need is support!

How we will achieve our goals

The Community Award will mean we can set up girls only teams and give the girls the opportunity they crave. Having established teams will then enable us to go out and further recruit further. This funding would help make our aspirations becomes reality and get more kids outside having fun and keeping fit.

Where the money will go

This project would make such a difference because we will be able to put the club on the map as we would be offering everything else that other clubs already have, but at a much lower cost., therefore those parents who don’t have much money will still have the opportunity to send their kids to play football. Parr would also have it’s first club offering football for all.
